POETIC COMMUNITY

In this experience we will explore an important theme that your team/community needs help to resolve or develop. This theme can be about creating a supportive work environment, or exploring a new dream together. The first part of the experience is focused on the individual, where each person can honestly share their truths. These truths (anonymous if one chooses to be) are transformed into a poetic experience using elements such as poetry, soundscapes etc. This is then reflected back to the community. This helps create a space for each individual to see and feel the whole community's truths, creating a larger sense of group awareness.
